This Privacy Policy explains how Fixpertify (“we”, “us”), run by Faisal Rehman from Pakistan, collects, uses and protects your information when you visit fixpertify.com or hire us for Shopify, WordPress or Framer development work.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, store or website URL, project details and any files you send through our contact forms, by email or on freelance platforms.
Store or site access: when you hire us, you may give us collaborator or staff access to your Shopify store or WordPress site. We only use it to do the agreed work.
Usage data: like most websites, our server and plugins may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit, for security and to understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

To reply to your enquiries and send quotes.
To deliver, support and invoice the work you hire us for.
To keep the website secure, fast and working properly.
To send occasional updates or newsletters, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with services that help us run the website and business, and only as much as they need:

Hosting and email delivery (Hostinger and our email provider).
Contact form and newsletter tools used on this site.
Freelance platforms such as Upwork or Fiverr, when you hire us through them. Their own privacy policies apply to data you give them.
Analytics and search tools such as Google Search Console, which help us see how people find the site.
Authorities, if the law requires it.

Your store and customer data

When we work on your Shopify store or website, we may be able to see data such as products, orders or customer details. We access it only to complete your project, never copy or use it for anything else, and you can remove our access at any time. We recommend removing it once a project is finished.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, usually up to 3 years after a project ends, and then delete them. Contact form messages that do not turn into a project are deleted within 12 months.

How we protect it

We use HTTPS across the site, keep WordPress and plugins updated, and limit access to your information. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Object to or limit how we use it.
Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
Complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan and work with clients worldwide, so your information may be processed in countries outside your own. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is processed.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as Upwork and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
