Each project below shows what the store owner needed, what I changed, and what happened after. If your store has a similar problem, you’ll know exactly what working with me looks like.

The problem
ProDog sells raw food, supplements, treats and bone broth, with dozens of ways to shop: by protein, health need and dog type. New visitors had too many choices and no clear first step, so they left before buying.
What We did
Built a custom theme around one goal: getting new customers to try the sample pack. I built:

The problem
Trade buyers such as contractors and pool builders ordered by email and spreadsheet. They had no way to see their own prices or order online, so every order meant back-and-forth with the team.
What I did
I set up the full Shopify store with a trade portal alongside the normal retail shop. Approved trade customers log in and see their own prices on every product, with the saving shown as a discount badge. They also get a dedicated trade welcome page and a separate trade product range.

The problem
A plunge pool is a $5,000+ purchase with lots of options: size, pump, cover and more. Shoppers couldn’t see what they were getting or what it would cost, so they left the product page to ask questions or didn’t come back.
What I did
Reviews from verified Upwork contracts, copied as written.
“Very good experience working with Faisal. Delivered on what was promised. Patient. Worked through the details over a call. Got the job done at a high level. Highly recommend. Look forward to working with again.”

The same way of working on every project, big or small.
I work on a duplicate theme. You preview every change, and nothing is published until you approve it.
You get the scope, price and delivery date in writing before any work starts. No surprise hours.
Speed and CRO jobs come with before-and-after screenshots and PageSpeed reports, so you can see what changed.
Custom sections work in the Shopify theme editor, and you get a short handover note explaining them.
You always know where the project stands, with updates at every step.
I only need a collaborator account. You never share your password, and you can remove my access any time.

Your store URL, a short description of what you want changed, and a collaborator access request, which I send and you approve in your Shopify admin.
Through Upwork, so your payment is protected until the work is delivered and approved.
Tell me what you’d like adjusted. Small changes within the agreed scope are included before we close the job.
Yes. I review the existing theme and apps first, then tell you what’s safe to change and what I’d recommend.
Yes. Focusing on one platform means I know its themes, apps and limits well, and your project moves faster.
Send me your store URL. I’ll reply within 24 hours with the three things I’d fix first, free and with no obligation.
