    Access and a safe copy of your theme

    I send a collaborator request through Shopify, so you never share your password. Then I duplicate your live theme. Your current theme stays untouched as a one-click backup.

    • Choose which permissions to give

    • Duplicate the theme to a preview copy
    • Record baseline speed on mobile and desktop

    Days 1–4

    Fixes on the preview theme

    All work happens on the copy while your store keeps selling. You get short progress updates, and nothing is removed without your say.

    • Nothing, unless an app decision needs you

    • Remove, defer or replace heavy apps
    • Resize and compress images
    • Clean leftover scripts and theme code
    • Fix friction on product, cart and mobile

    You review and approve

    You get a preview link and a before-and-after speed report. Click through the store on your own phone, ask for changes, and approve when you're happy.

    Day 5 and after

    Go live and support

    I publish the approved theme at a quiet time for your store and check it live. If anything related to the work breaks, I fix it, and your old theme is always one click away.
